Mint condition in original box and sleeve. Packaging is also in good condition, but does show some shelf wear and has a slight tear of about 2 inches (see photo). This has never been displayed. Nice colors and details for the age. Very nice addition to any display. Includes building, original foam box and sleeve, plastic wrap for additional protection during storage, and working light cord and bulb (can’t guarantee bulb through shipping, but takes a simple night-light bulb if replacement is ever needed).
